SermonNotes 4.0 issue in iOS7

It appears that in iOS7, the screen rotation at the system level (keyboard and title bars) is conflicting with rotation with the app itself.  This happens on iPhone and iPad if you rotate the screen to landscape orientation before the app fully loads.
___
On iPad, dismiss the keyboard by tapping the keyboard dismissal button on the lower right corner of the keyboard.  That will trigger an automatic save.
___
To make the app usable again, you need to fully quit the app.  You can do this as follows:
___
1.  On the iPhone or iPad home screen, double click the home button.  That should bring up the new iOS multitasking feature, with screens of the runnings apps in the center of the screen, and icons of the apps beneath them.
2.  Scroll from right to left until you find the SermonNotes app.
3.  Tap and drag the screen of the running SermonNotes upwards.  That should fully quit the app.
___
Now when you start SermonNotes again, do not rotate the iPhone or iPad to landscape orientation, but keep it in portrait view.  The app should now be usable again.  Although only in portrait orientation.
___
A permanent solution will be created for the next update.
